Features Serita
The Serita application works with non-governmental organizations that are committed to empowering women and victims of sexual violence in Indonesia.
The Serita application has four main menus namely the home menu, the report menu and the history menu and the user profile menu.
On the home menu, after entering the Serita application, the home menu contains articles, posters, videos and podcasts that provide social education about knowledge and prevention of sexual violence.
In the upper left corner of the home menu there is also a notification section displaying updates from articles, posters, videos and podcasts inputted by the admin.
Furthermore, the Report menu provides facilities for users to report cases of acts of sexual violence received.
After clicking the report menu, the Serita chatbot will appear.
Chatbot is the initial part for users to communicate with Serita, users have the choice to forward their reports to non-governmental organizations (partners) or not.
If the user chooses to forward the report to a non-governmental organization, the user will be presented with a list of non-governmental organizations that have connected to the Serita application.
After that, the user will take several steps including a permission statement and fill out a form which will then be submitted and entered into the hotline of the selected non-governmental organization.
Then in the history menu, users can also see progress reports sent to partners via the Serita application.
And finally the user profile menu provides the users personal information and the frequency of user reports in the serita application.
